Privacy Policy
Last updated: PLACEHOLDER — insert publication date
This policy explains what this public marketing website collects and how it is used. It does not govern data inside the CRM application, which is covered by your customer agreement.
PLACEHOLDER DOCUMENT — this text is a drafting starting point only, not legal advice. Have qualified counsel review it, and replace Opulent CRM and all contact details with your confirmed legal entity information before publishing.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Opulent CRM. You can reach us at hello@example-crm-site.com or +1 (555) 000-0000.
2. What we collect
When you submit the demo request or contact form we collect the information you enter: your name, work email, phone number, company, job title, team size, industry, current CRM (if provided), your described challenge, preferred contact method and any message.
We also record limited technical context with each submission: the page you submitted from, referring URL, campaign parameters (such as utm_source) if present, and a non-reversible hashed identifier derived from your IP address and browser user agent. That hash is used only to limit automated form abuse. We do not store your raw IP address with the submission.
3. Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, schedule and prepare a demo, answer pricing and product questions, and keep a record of our correspondence. We rely on your consent, given when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
4. What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build cross-site advertising profiles.
5. Separation from the CRM application
This website is a separate system from the CRM application. It holds no CRM records, has no connection to CRM databases, and cannot read or modify any customer account. Data you store inside the CRM is governed by your customer agreement and the CRM's own access controls.
6. Analytics and cookies
This website uses privacy-conscious, first-party measurement of page views and key interactions (for example, opening the demo form). It does not set advertising cookies or share behavioural data with third-party ad networks. See our Cookie Policy for detail.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and maintain a reasonable business record, then delete or anonymise them. PLACEHOLDER — confirm your retention period.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal information, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@example-crm-site.com and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
9. Security
Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. Only authorised personnel can read enquiry records. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive personal or patient information through these forms.
10. Changes
We will update this page if our practices change and revise the "last updated" date above.
